Events & Catering

 

We usually cater for events in London with our food van / food truck but if we can fit into our timetable, we will be happy to travel too for weddings, birthdays, graduations, christenings and baptisms, work parties, Christmas parties and festivals in the U.K.

We take pride in the authenticity of our food. Our recipes are handed down by our grandma, mum and aunties and sometimes Tony & Tammi put their own flare into special dishes to spice the menu up. Our goal is to offer authentic Vietnamese food to our customers and introduce lesser-known dishes that have not yet been introduced in many Vietnamese restaurants in the U.K. We are continuously improving our menus to satiate our passion for Vietnamese food.

Our bánh mì baguettes are hand-rolled and hand-baked at home to create the authentic Vietnamese bánh mì recipe that has made it so iconic. We even encourage people to consider D.I.Y summer roll buffets where everyone can experience how summer rolls are traditionally eaten in a Vietnamese household – around the dining table and bonding by hand rolling together. What’s more, you get Tammi & Tony’s friendly faces (who sometimes cuss each other for funsies).
